The location is fantastic, with malls and shops within walking distance. The sightseeing bus departs right in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and there is a washing machine available for guest use.

The location in the heart of the city is good. There are many shopping malls, bus stops, and metro stations nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable with an affordable price. The staff is friendly and helpful with a great breakfast included every day, and a nice view from some of the rooms.
The absence of a pool disappointed us.

We had a great experience staying here. It is located in the centre of a shopping area between two MRT stations. We really enjoyed the breakfast banquet and we could bring our takeaways to the breakfast area after hours for a mini picnic. The staff were quick and friendly, with an awesome surprise birthday cake waiting for us in our room.
Highly recommended for everyone.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Orchard Road with plenty of shopping malls and dining options nearby. The room was clean and cozy with accessible electrical plugs. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, especially when we requested an early check-in.
